Gift Certificates to Tara Wilburn Photography are a fun and unique way to give your loved ones something special! Recipients of these gift certificates may use their gift amount toward any portrait session, wedding package, and/or product gallery order. Just purchase through this online shopping cart, using your mailing address for shipping, and a customized gift card will be mailed to you within 5 business days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Gift Certificates must be redeemed via Tara Wilburn Photography and can only be used to purchase available services and/or products. When applying the gift amount toward a session, the amount will manually be deducted from the recipient's invoice by Tara Wilburn Photography. Any amount left over from the session fee will automatically become a gallery credit (in the form of a promo code) toward placing product purchases (digital collections, prints, albums, etc.) If the recipient chooses to apply the gift amount toward their gallery order, a gallery credit will be provided to the recipient by Tara Wilburn Photography before publishing the gallery. It is the recipient's responsibility to manually apply the credit toward their gallery order using a customized promotional code provided by Tara Wilburn Photography.
2. Any unused amounts will be kept on a (promo code) gallery credit for 90 days after the session date.
3. Gift Certificates are nontransferable and resale is prohibited.
4. Any coupons, discounts, or other promotional offers do not apply to and cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
5. If an order exceeds the amount of a Gift Certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by any amounts available in the user's Gift Certificate accounts, cash, check, and/or credit card.
6. Tara Wilburn Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificates and Gift Certificate codes. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser of the Gift Certificate upon electronic transmission of the Gift Certificate to the recipient.
7. Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date and there are no maintenance or dormancy fees charged for unused Gift Certificate balances.
8. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Any refunded amounts from products purchased with Gift Certificates will be credited to the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
9. Tara Wilburn Photography reserves the right to reverse any Gift Certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
10. Tara Wilburn Photography reserves the right to cancel an issued Gift Certificate and/or close user accounts and/or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is either redeemed through the www.TaraWilburn.com website and/or is used to make purchases online.
11. Tara Wilburn Photography reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of these terms and conditions, at any time, in its sole discretion. Tara Wilburn Photography may notify you by email of substantive changes to these terms and conditions.
12.These terms and conditions are applicable to the maximum extent permitted by law and specific terms and conditions are void where prohibited.
